Specific Job title/Position: Manager, Accounts Payable
Possibly this role is INDINVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR - will not handle the team directly(for reverification)
- Graduate of Bachelors Degree
- Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa -Hybrid – usually Once to 2x a month required onsite work to attend Connection Day; Day 1 is onsite for HR Day; (For reverification the specific number of onsite days)
- Amenable to work on a Nightshift schedule: : 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST or possibly equivalent to 7PM onwards PHT
- At least 4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or source to Pay
- End to end Accounts Payable experience
- Hands-on experience with AP/S2P process with ownership of invoice-to-pay execution, controls, and exception handling.
- Hands-on proficiency in Coupa AP and/or Oracle AP.
- Experience issue resolution and root-cause analysis (trend analysis/KPIs) with clear documentation.
- Stakeholder management experience and communication across Procurement, Finance, Tax, Treasury, and suppliers undefined.
