5.1 Must-Have Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of AR or general accounting experience
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle / MFG Pro)
Advanced Excel and Google applications skills
Strong work ethic and flexibility
Ability to work in structured environments
Good communication skills

5.2 Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Shared Services / BPO
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Experience in international/cross-cultural environments
