Work Arrangement: Onsite, Full-time
Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT
Salary Range: Php 52,000 - Php 62,000

We are seeking a meticulous, process-driven Accounts Officer to join our dynamic Business Support Team. You will play a vital role in managing end-to-end accounts payable, accounts receivable, product and price data management, and supplier reconciliations while upholding our core values of integrity, quality, and teamwork.
Your Impact
- Data & Product Management: Maintain accurate customer and vendor databases, manage product files to ensure consistency across ERP systems, process price updates from suppliers and internal sales/purchasing teams, and maintain customer price lists and discount structures.
- Accounts Receivable: Process payment allocations, prepare and distribute monthly customer statements, set up new customer accounts with precise documentation, and resolve basic customer account inquiries via phone and email.
- Accounts Payable & Reconciliations: Execute weekly and monthly payment runs, perform rigorous supplier statement reconciliations, maintain creditor information, and complete comprehensive accounts payable reporting.
- Quality Assurance & Collaboration: Ensure high accuracy across all data entry, coding, and reconciliations; double-check automated or AI-assisted work; raise discrepancies proactively; and collaborate seamlessly with team members to support peak workloads and cover leave requirements.
What You Bring
- The Experience:Demonstrated experience in finance administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping support, or data management.
- Software Mastery: Strong digital skills and proficiency working with accounting and ERP platforms; experience with Odoo (or similar inventory/ERP systems) and Xero (or similar cloud accounting software) is highly desirable.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management and organizational skills, ability to meet strict deadlines, and a conscientious, positive can-do approach to work.
- Communication & Problem Solving: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, systematic problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously while staying connected with the broader team.
