Job Summary

Join our team as an Accounts Executive to manage full sets of accounts, support financial processes, and ensure accurate daily accounting operations in a dynamic engineering firm.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Account Manager in the Company Finance and full sets of Account
• Manage daily accounting and administrative tasks to maintain smooth financial operations
• Perform accurate data entry for accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger (GL) transactions
• Verify vendor invoices, staff claims, and petty cash for accuracy and compliance
• Assist in preparing and submitting quarterly GST filings to meet regulatory requirements
• Support annual audit and tax computation processes by preparing necessary documentation and reports
• Monitor daily cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs
• Prepare and distribute customer account statements to maintain clear communication
• Utilize Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports and presentations
• Apply Autocount Accounting software skills to enhance accounting efficiency (preferred)
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in Autocount Accounting software is a bonus
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is advantageous
