Job Summary
Manage comprehensive accounting functions including payroll, CPF, HR, and tax matters while maintaining accurate records and supporting daily administrative operations with confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
- Process payroll and CPF contributions accurately and timely to meet statutory requirements
- Administer HR and tax-related tasks to support organizational compliance and employee needs
- Maintain organized accounting records and filing systems to facilitate efficient retrieval and audit readiness
- Perform day-to-day administrative duties to support smooth operational workflows
- Handle confidential information with professionalism to protect company and employee privacy
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or LCCI qualification or higher
- 2-3 years of relevant accounting and administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support accounting and administrative tasks
- Experience using accounting software to manage financial data efficiently
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with business associates
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with commitment and meticulousness
