Role Overview

The Accounts Associate role focuses on managing client relationships, representing the client's brand within the agency, and ensuring their branding is consistently applied in all outputs. Key responsibilities include facilitating pitch presentations, negotiating timelines, managing expectations, contributing to brainstorming and pitch development, solving project-related problems, and collaborating closely with the team, assigned Account Manager and Senior Managers to execute projects effectively.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in the advertising/creatives industry or a similar role.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of advertising, marketing strategies, and brand development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
