ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Clark, Pampanga
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PH Time
Arrangement: Onsite, Full Time
Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 years in end-to-end Accounts Payable function.

About this role . . .
The Accounts Administrator is responsible for managing and processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. This role ensures that all accounts payable-related activities are carried out in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Invoice Processing
- Review, verify, and process invoices and check requests.
- Sort, code, and match invoices.
- Set invoices up for payment.
- Enter and upload invoices into the system.
- Track expenses and process expense reports.
Payment Processing
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Prepare and perform check runs.
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
Vendor Management
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Maintain vendor files.
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
Reporting
- Produce monthly reports.
- Assist with month-end closing.
- Provide supporting documentation for audits.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the
workflow of the department.
Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments to ensure all invoices and payments are processed timely
and accurately. - Assist with special projects as needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Must have at least 2-3 years of working experience in the end-to-end Accounts Payable function.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
- Willingness to render overtime as needed.
