Specific position:PGM Finance & Accounting (VP Level)
The salary range on this post is NOT the actual Budget of our client. Salary offer depends on your skills and experience and for approval of our client's management. They can still negotiate you.
- Graduate ofBachelor's Degree inAccounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Willing to work on amid shiftSchedule
- Amenable to workFullyonsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
- At least15 yearsof extensive finance and accounting experience, with at least5 years in leadershiproles managing (1) outsourced or shared-service F&A operations and/or (2) Controllership or Commercial Finance (corporate)
- Strong understanding of financial systems and ability to support transitions,ERP optimizations and data migration.
- Proven record of delivering operational excellence, process transformation, and high client satisfaction in an outsourcing or global delivery environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills
- Can start ASAP - REQUIRED
