Account specific roles and responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of Accounting agents
Conduct training, coaching, providing insights and action plans for improvement
Analyze and report on productivity metrics, including attendance, end-of-day reports, and compliance with company protocols
Ensure the client is updated on key program activities, issues, and concerns through calls, emails, meetings, and reports
Process invoices and payments
Review, approve, and validate GL codes
Communicate with clients regarding discrepancies or inquiries related to assigned tasks
Perform other supervisory tasks as required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
Proven experience in the accounting field (AP, AR, Bookkeeping, Auditing)
At least 6 months of experience as a Team Leader
Proficient in using MS Tools
Excellent verbal and written skills
Willing to work onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong
Amenable working night shift
