Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pasig for an Accounting Supervisor. The Accounting Supervisor will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, and manage day-to-day accounting processes. The role includes supervising a team, working with accounting software, and ensuring accurate financial records. Responsibilities also include providing analytical insights and supporting the finance department in strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
• Experience with Accounting Software and related tools
• Good organizational and leadership skills to supervise accounting teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in the hospitality or resort industry is an advantage
