Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Trade Spends Accounting team and monitor daily performance.
  • Set team goals, deadlines, and productivity standards.
  • Review and perform reclassification of accounting entries.
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution
  • Train and onboard new team members.
  • Manage and upload Incomplete Collection Remittance Reports (Inc CRRs) in the TS3 Portal.
  • Investigate and resolve deduction issues; escalate when needed.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decisions.
  • Coordinate with other finance teams to ensure data accuracy.
  • Recommend and support automation or process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other accounting duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 23 years of experience in accounting or finance; background in deductions, AR, or financial analysis preferred.
  • Experience supervising or leading a team is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Advanced Excel skills (analysis, reporting, data manipulation).
