Key Responsibilities
Financial Oversight: Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
Reconciliation Mastery: Reconcile bank statements and diligently maintain updates to the general ledger for clear financial visibility.
Reporting Excellence: Assist in preparing comprehensive financial reports that support management decision-making and strategy.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and internal policies, safeguarding our financial integrity.
Month-End Closing: Support the month-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
Qualifications
Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in an accounting role, showcasing your expertise and capability.
Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software and Excel, with the ability to confidently manage payroll, government benefits, and BIR regulations.
Analytical Precision: Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, able to navigate complex financial data with ease.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Competitive range of $19,000.00 - $20,000.00
Schedule and Location:
Work Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday
Location: Tandang Sora, Quezon City
