Position: Accounting Supervisor

We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team! If you have a strong background in accounting, leadership experience, and a passion for accuracy and financial excellence, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA license is required
• At least 3 years of experience in an Accounting Supervisor role
• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills with keen attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records
• Review financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Lead and support the accounting team while improving accounting processes
• Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and audit preparations
• Monitor financial transactions and recommend process improvements
