Role Description

The Accounting Supervisor will oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing financial reporting processes, supervising the use of accounting software, and supporting budgeting and forecasting efforts. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Makati, with the flexibility to perform some tasks remotely.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements and comprehensive financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and an advanced understanding of finance principles.
• Experience with accounting software and financial management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
