Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Supervisor based in Quezon City. The Accounting Supervisor will oversee daily accounting operations, including managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities also include supervising the accounting team, reconciling accounts, managing budgets, and contributing to financial planning and analysis. The role requires maintaining accurate records and supporting internal and external audits.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Accounting principles, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management
• Proficiency in Financial analysis and the use of accounting software
• Experience leading and mentoring teams, with excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to ensure accuracy and attention to detail in financial records and reports
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification is a plus
• Experience in the construction industry or familiarity with project-based accounting is an advantage
