Accounting Supervisor

Location: Marilao, Bulacan

Working Schedule: Monday - Saturday (Day Shift)

Role Overview:

The Accounting Supervisor will oversee the daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and timely completion of financial records. This role plays a critical part in supervising the accounting team, reviewing financial transactions, and supporting management with reliable financial data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical accounting expertise, leadership skills, and a high level of integrity.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (required)
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting or financial reporting
• At least 23 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory compliance
• Experience overseeing daily accounting operations, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ethical standards
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in financial services or pawnshop/retail operations is an advantage
