About the Role

As an Accounting Supervisor (Accounts Receivable / General Ledger), you will oversee the order-to-cash process, month-end closing activities, statutory/regulatory compliance, and detailed review of team outputs. You will collaborate directly with cross-functional and global teams to drive operational efficiency and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee team performance in Accounts Receivable (order-to-cash) and General Ledger functions.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of high-volume AR transactions and month-end journal entry adjustments.
  • Prepare monthly P&L analysis, Balance Sheet reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
  • Utilize Oracle GL to execute accounting schedules and US consolidation reporting.
  • Support statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements by preparing schedules and gathering audit trails.
  • Provide coaching, direct team workflows, and ensure adherence to internal control SOPs.
  • Collaborate closely with local operational teams in Australia and New Zealand.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate from a reputable university.
  • At least 5 years of combined experience in Accounts Receivable, General Accounting, or Audit.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role OR demonstrated strong leadership capacity as a senior accountant.
  • Hands-on proficiency with accounting software/applications and Microsoft Excel.
  • High English fluency (written and verbal).
  • Flexibility to work midshift and night shift schedules as required.
  • Willingness to report onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City.

Good-to-Have

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
  • Experience working with Oracle, Salesforce, or modern billing and collections tools.
  • Prior exposure to multinational or shared services accounting environments.
