Job Description

  • Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day accounting functions (accounts payable/receivable, payroll, cash management) and ensure accurate records.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Closing & Audit: Coordinate the month-end and year-end close processes and manage internal/external audits.
  • Compliance: Establish and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and ensure compliance with GAAP or local regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Guide, train, and supervise accounting staff to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Analysis & Improvement: Analyze accounting data to provide insights and improve existing systems and processes.
