Team Activities/Deliverables:
- Ensure completion and correctness of Payroll activities on the required calendar processing time.
- Benefits administration for in-scope employees.
- Collaborate with different functions / teams to ensure Payroll and Benefits processes are delivered.
- Participate in initiatives in improving business processes.
- Engage in employee discussions and roadshows to address pay and benefits questions and requests.
- Complete recommended trainings on developing and improving skills.
Position Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll, timekeeping, and benefits tasks while ensuring compliance with government policies and regulations.
- Act as the first-level point of contact between HRSS and employees in resolving payroll-related queries.
- Perform accurate payroll coding, support HR Shared Services metrics, and ensure timely payroll processing.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Math/HR related course
- Technical Knowledge, Special Trainings and Work Experience:
- Requires 2 – 5 years of payroll processing experience
- Knowledgeable in SAP SuccessFactors and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and appreciation on data accuracy and integrity
- Able to handle multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Payroll, timekeeping and benefits tasks, government policy and regulations
- Excellent understanding of the complete payroll cycle including payroll reconciliation
- Background on any payroll system
- Able to adapt quickly and develop new knowledge

- SAP SuccessFactors background
- Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore, and Hong Kong payroll processing experience

Other special requirements or for this role (eg. dress code, travel requirements, work schedule):
- Hybrid set-up; at least 2 to 3x a week onsite or as required by Immediate Supervisor
- Willing to work overtime depending on business needs
