Accounting Supervisor

Supervises the accounting function and ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, tax compliance, reconciliations, audit requirements, and month-end closing for the company and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

● Supervise daily accounting operations and review accounting entries.

● Review monthly/quarterly financial statements and account reconciliations.

● Oversee month-end and year-end closing.

● Review VAT, withholding tax, income tax, and other BIR requirements.

● Coordinate with external auditors and handle audit requirements.

● Review AR, AP, inventory, fixed assets, and intercompany accounts.

● Oversee real estate sales and buyer account reconciliations.

● Supervise accounting activities of IHC/Art Ranch, ICC and IRDC.

● Analyze account variances and resolve accounting discrepancies.

● Supervise and train accounting staff.

● Prepare financial and management reports as required.

Required Qualifications / Experience

● Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

● At least 3–5 years relevant accounting experience, preferably with supervisory experience.

● Experience handling multiple entities or related-party transactions is an advantage.

● Experience in real estate, construction, hospitality, or similar industries is preferred.

● Experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit.

● Knowledge of Philippine accounting and BIR requirements.
