We are looking for a Sales Compensation Supervisor to act as the strategic bridge between Sales, Finance, and ARMG. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for process improvement, and the leadership skills to mentor a growing team, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

  • Master the Plan: Take ownership of structured compensation plans, ensuring they are implemented flawlessly and adjusted for evolving market trends.
  • The Accuracy Expert: Oversee the end-to-end computation of commissions, managing documentation and approvals with surgical precision.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the Accounts Receivable Management Group (ARMG) to validate collections and align payouts with real-world results.
  • Partner Support: Act as the North Star for sales partners, providing training and clarity on how they can maximize their earning potential.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Don't just report numbers—analyze them. Provide the leadership team with insights that shape our future compensation strategies.

The Ideal Profile

We are looking for a collaborative professional who balances high-level analytical thinking with a customer-service mindset.

The Essentials

Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

Experience: 3+ years in sales comp, payroll, or finance.

Tech Stack: Proficiency in SAP and Advanced Excel.

Communication: Ability to explain complex math to non-finance peers.
