The Franchise Accounting Supervisor oversees the financial and accounting processes of WalterMart franchise stores. The role ensures accurate recording of sales, expenses, royalties, and store remittances while safeguarding compliance with company policies and franchise agreements. This position also supports franchise partners by providing financial insights, resolving accounting issues, and ensuring timely submission of report
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, financial reporting, and accounting software
- Analytical skills to identify trends and discrepancies in financial data
- Experience in Finance and Accounting
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. CPA is a plus.
- Experience in a supervisory role is a plus.
