Reconciliation of all banks disbursement (per bank and per record)
- Maker on all online payment/disbursement
- Check payroll, last payroll before check/payment preparation.
- Prepare summary of Employees compensation and corresponding taxes
- Monitor Insurance Schedule Car and Property
- Monitoring and Prepare monthly excise tax report (Production removal &
payment)
- Compute monthly VAT and Withholding Taxes
- Prepare quarterly Summary Lists of Sales and Purchases
- Prepare quarterly Quarterly Alphabetical List of Payees
- Prepare quarterly Summary Alphalist of Withholding Tax
- Prepare and process renewal of business permit
- Process telegraphic transfer /payment
- In-charge in keeping the updated permits
- Monitoring Secretary Certificate
- Monitoring and Preparing the Bank Loan renewal documents
- Preparing and Monitoring schedule of Balance sheet accounts and other
expenses.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/ College Degree in business studies, Financial Management, Business Management or equivalent
At least 6 months of working experience in the related field.
