Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Supervisor based in Quezon City. The Accounting Supervisor will oversee daily accounting operations, manage financial statements preparation, and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards. Additional responsibilities include monitoring team activities, utilizing accounting software to maintain accuracy, and providing analytical insights to aid in decision-making processes. The role requires supervising and mentoring team members to foster a productive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to provide data-driven insights
• Expertise in Finance and Accounting principles
• Hands-on experience with Accounting Software
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification or equivalent professional certification is preferred
