Accounting Supervisor

The Accounting Supervisor for General Accounting and Reporting plays a key leadership role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all financial records of the organization. This position oversees the full cycle of general accountingfrom journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and account analysis to month-end and year-end closing activitiesensuring compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and internal policies. The role also supervises a team of accounting staff, providing guidance, coaching, and quality review to support continuous improvement in processes and deliverables. By maintaining strong internal controls, the Accounting Supervisor safeguards financial data reliability and supports audit readiness for both internal and external stakeholders.

Beyond operational oversight, the Accounting Supervisor leads the preparation of accurate financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses that help business leaders make informed decisions. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams such as Treasury, Budgeting, Supply Chain, and Operations to validate data, resolve discrepancies, and support business planning activities. This position also drives process enhancement initiatives, identifies opportunities for automation, and strengthens reporting efficiencies to keep pace with the growing demands of the business.
