Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Accounting Manager or Chairman & CEO, providing regular financial updates and weekly cash flow reports.
- Review and verify vouchers, invoices, purchase orders, and disbursement documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handle BIR filings, tax compliance, and coordination with banks and financial institutions for loans and other requirements.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including P&L, Accounts Receivable (AR) summaries, and internal management reports.
- Monitor accounts payable, short-term loans, and cash flow, ensuring timely recording and settlement.
- Coordinate with various departments, suppliers, and auditors to maintain accurate records and support efficient financial operations.
- Perform other accounting or administrative tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in general accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting systems and Excel.
