Job Description

  • Prepare accurate financial statements in adherence to business timelines and compliance regulations.
  • Analyze budgetary variances and financial data to aid strategic decision-making.
  • Handle tax filings and ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, and consolidating transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial procedures and cost-saving methods.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial data.
  • Continuously improve systems and policies to streamline accounting workflow within the Food & Beverages landscape of Prime Power Manpower Services.
  • Educational Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Seeking individuals with less than 1 year of experience or fresh graduates.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Accounts Payable and Receivable, comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, adept at using accounting software, and excellent mathematical skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with standard work hours, may require additional hours during financial reporting periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a team player with a positive attitude.
