UCT is looking for a talented
Accounting Specialist to join us in
Cebu!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data entry for suppliers and freight invoices
- Maintain and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances work file
- Resolve disputed invoices with buyers
- Prepare monthly payments and twice weekly cash-on-delivery (COD) payment
- Match and reconcile AP sub-ledger against suppliers Statement of Account (SOA)
- Assist in month end closing
- Gather and consolidate documents for tax and audit reporting
- Other administrative such as filing of documents, printing of invoices and opening letters.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Educational/Certification Requirement:
- Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA
Experience Requirement:
- Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Good analytical skills and meticulous
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Proficient in MS office
