ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT - (Finance Department)
Key Responsibilities
Assist with data entry of financial transactions into accounting systems
Process invoices, payments, and receipts
Monitor accounts payable
Prepare and maintain financial documents and records
Maintain organized filing systems for accounting documents
Handle revolving fund transactions and reimbursements
Communicate with vendors, supplier and internal departments regarding billing and payments
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
- Graduate of a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related course
- With at least 6 months of related experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications ( Word & Excel)
- With knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP is an advantage but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Trustworthy with confidential information
