Accounting Specialist 

 Location: Unit 107 WPL Building, Katipunan Avenue, White Plains, Quezon City

 Record and maintain accurate accounting transactions

 Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

 Reconcile bank accounts, cash, inventory, and General Ledger balances

 Prepare Trial Balance, Journal Entries, Cash Flow, and financial reports

 Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

 Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and Philippine accounting standards

 Coordinate with suppliers, banks, CPAs, auditors, and government agencies

 Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned

 Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field

 At least 1–3 years of accounting experience (Retail, Distribution, or FMCG experience is an advantage)

 Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience using Odoo ERP System

 Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and Philippine tax regulations

 Able to prepare and manage Trial Balance, General Ledger, Journal Entries, and Cash Flow reports

 Capable of coordinating and communicating effectively with CPAs, external accountants, auditors, and finance professionals

 Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

 Highly accurate, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality
