Job Description

Position Summary

Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports in compliance with PFRS/IFRS and regulatory requirements. Supports audits, budgeting, and financial analysis, while helping improve reporting processes and ensuring data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial statements and reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • Submit statutory reports to BIR, SEC, etc.
  • Maintain accurate journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Support audits, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial standards and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with departments for data and reports.
  • Suggest improvements to financial reporting processes.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy.
  • CPA license is preferred but not required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial reporting or general accounting, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
