Position Overview
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner – FP&A to support financial planning and provide insights that help drive business performance. This role focuses on translating financial data into meaningful insights, working closely with operations, and supporting decision-making in a BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and review of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights on key variances and trends
- Partner with operations teams to understand business drivers (e.g., headcount, utilization, costs)
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making and operational planning
- Monitor KPIs and highlight risks and opportunities to stakeholders
- Support monthly financial reporting and ensure accuracy of data
- Assist in identifying cost optimization and efficiency opportunities
- Prepare financial summaries and presentations for business reviews
Qualifications
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or any related course
- At least 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles
- Experience in BPO, shared services, or multinational companies is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and explain financial data
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic to intermediate formulas)
- Good communication skills and comfortable working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to present insights in a clear and structured manner
Other Requirements
- Amenable to work onsite 5x/month in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City
- Willing to work on a dayshift schedule
