Accounting Specialist

• Record and reconcile financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Experienced in billing and collection
• Prepare journal entries, general ledger updates, and financial statements
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Support internal and external audit preparation
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized documentation and filing systems
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations
• Provide support during budget planning and variance analysis
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
