Job Description

  • Financial Record Keeping
  • Handle invoices, process payments to suppliers, and manage collections from customers
  • Track and manage inventory costs, perform regular stock audits, and reconcile inventory records with physical counts.
  • Prepare financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for management. Analyze financial data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required
  • 3-5 year working experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel is essential
  • Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role, especially within a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment, is highly desirable.
