As an
Accounting Specialist, you will focus on accounting, billing and bookkeeping procedures, maintaining data integrity and supporting other departments.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Assist with general accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in preparing reports for management as needed.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the accounting team and related departments.
Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
- Studies: A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or other related course is required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in accounting processes supporting US-based companies.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar is a plus)
- Language: Advanced English skills. C1 or higher is required.
