Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process and record daily financial transactions accurately.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining accounting records and reports.
- Verify invoices, receipts, and supporting documents before processing.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable balances.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial files and records.
- Prepare journal entries and assist in account reconciliations.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding finance-related concerns.
- Support audits by preparing requested documents and schedules.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar systems) is an advantage.
- Ability to prepare accurate reports and maintain financial records.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
