As the Accounting Supervisor at Global Empire Manufacturing Corporation, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial operations. This full-time position is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, and will see you leading a team of accounting professionals to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the company's financial reporting and compliance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supervise a team of accounting personnel and oversee their day-to-day tasks
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial records and transactions
- Implement and maintain effective accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to facilitate financial audits
- Ensure the company's compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting supervisory or managerial role
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
