Accounting Specialist

CSWater Lapu-Lapu, Inc. (CSWLL) is a water solutions company established in 2019 as part of a Joint Venture Agreement with Lapu-Lapu City. CSWLL manages a Desalinated Water Supply and Distribution Project, providing up to 60 million liters of clean seawater daily through a state-of-the-art Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) system. Supported by its parent company Summa Water Resources, Inc., CSWLL is dedicated to addressing Lapu-Lapu City's growing demand for sustainable and reliable water infrastructure. This is a full-time, on-site Accounting Specialist role located in Lapu-Lapu. The Accounting Specialist will manage daily financial and accounting tasks, including the preparation and maintenance of financial records, ensuring accuracy in journal entries, and utilizing accounting software. The role involves contributing to financial planning, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

• Strong understanding and experience with Financial Statements and Journal Entries (Accounting)
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and related financial tools
• Solid background in Finance and Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Familiarity with local and international accounting regulations is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
