Job Description

Location: Metro Manila

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Set-up: On-site

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records, and support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • At least 2-5 years of accounting experience
  • Experience in Retail, FMCG, Financial Advisory, Hospitality, BPO, Shared Services, Distribution, Construction, or related industries
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and review accounting transactions
  • Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Support internal and external audit requirements
  • Prepare financial reports and schedules
