Qualifications
CPA certification Required
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
Fresh graduates with a CPA license are welcome to apply
35 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and tax compliance
Proficient in ERP/accounting systems (QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Excel
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Can work independently and maintain confidentiality at all times
Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare financial reports and statements
Support internal and external audits
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
Implement and maintain accounting controls and procedures
Collaborate with other departments on financial matters
Salary Range: 27,000 Gross Monthly
Work Location: Sucat, Paraaque
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
