I. Job Summary
Responsible for the preparation of financial reports to customers, management report and other needed reports needed by Internal and External clients in accordance with the prescribed standards of reporting.
II. Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares journal entry adjustments and uploads them to the system upon approval.
- Prepares Financial Statement and Statement of Earning Assets
- Prepares/validates schedules submitted to regulatory during annual audit as to clients Financial Statements (FS), monitoring of sending of FS, computations of Trust Fee, etc.
- Sending of Financial Statement/Statement of Earning Asset via accredited courier and email to various clients upon approval.
- Prepares various investments certification and audit confirmation.
- Prepares various schedules needed during audit examination.
- Prepares the SFP and sends it to TSG during account termination.
- Prepares closing entries and uploads them to the system upon approval for closed accounts.
- Prepares the following reports, documents and sending after approval.

- Bank Certification
- Prepares NAV reports for every UITF, including Statements of Assets and Accountabilities, in order to calculate NAVPU and submit for approval.
- Uploading of NAVPU's on BankCom website, UITF.com and Bloomberg.
- Prepares and send billing on Trust Fees due for collection.
- Prepares regular and Adhoc financial reports to clients in accordance with the clients reporting requirements and prescribed reporting standard.
- Prepares and reviews retirement computation of retirees on retirement funds handled by TSMD.
- Ensures necessary corrections are incorporated in the reports submitted to internal and external users.
- Designs reports based on information captured by Trust Operations and in accordance with needs of the requesting clients.
- Prepares/recommends adjusting journal entries to correct the books during month end and year end.
III. ACCOUNTABILITIES
- :Conformance to the set procedures and standard, bank policies and government regulations.
- Accuracy and timeliness of submission of required reports to management and to other units of the bank.
- Custodian of Financial Records of accounts being handled.
