Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Accounting Officer
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and reconciliations
- Monitor daily sales reports and ensure proper recording of revenue
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial concerns
- Support audit preparations and documentation
