Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Timely preparation of individual and consolidation of FS reports for all GT entities.
  • Review and posting of journal entries of individual FS with no projects.
  • FS schedules and reports such Monthly OPEX report, CAPEX report including Project cost-payment monitoring.
  • Preparation of working trial balance for assigned entities and schedules for FS audit.
  • Preparation of FS for review of the Accounting Director.
  • Other accounting and/or FS related tasks that may be assigned by the Accounting Director.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is preferred
  • 2 to 3 years of related work experience is an advantage
  • Real Estate industry experience would be an advantage
  • Proficient in spreadsheet and accounting systems
  • Can work independently or with others in a team
  • Must be willing to work full time on-site
  • Work Location - Pasay City
