Accounting Manager

Job Description

Responsible for the review, analysis, and timely submission of monthly statutory and consolidated financial statements, quarterly and annual regulatory reports to the SEC and PSE, rolling forecasts, management reports, internal committee reports and BOD deck. The role provides accurate variance analyses and communicates key financial insights that support top management's decision-making. In addition, the role manages and develops staff, ensuring their outputs are competent, timely, and aligned with organizational expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any accounting related course.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of management experience in financial and management reporting in managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and financial controls.
• Proficient in ERP, accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
