ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Location: Mandaue City, Cebu
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
- With at least seven (7) years of experience in accounting or finance roles as an Accountant, Senior Accountant, Auditor, or Financial Analyst.
- With at least five (5) years experience leading teams/people-handling experience
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the full accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of all financial activities.
- Leading and guiding a team, requiring strong people-management skills to support performance, development, and collaboration.
- Producing accurate financial reports and analyses for management review and decision-making.
- Compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. This includes staying updated on relevant laws and regulations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting audits and regulatory reporting as needed.
