Accounting Manager - Tax

Job description

In coordination with the Tax Team, this role is responsible for providing interim and long-term solutions to tax-related issues encountered in daily operations involving both internal and external stakeholders. The role identifies pain points, recommends process improvements to the Operations Finance Manager, and supports the organization in advancing its tax compliance objectives, including standardization and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 5 years of relevant experience

Experience in external audit is an advantage, but not required

Background in retail or fast-paced, high-transaction-volume environments preferred

Proven experience in leading a team

Strong process orientation with a track record in standardization and automation
