Role Description

The Accounting Manager leads the financial operations of TDEC, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and proactive financial planning. This role plays a strategic part in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on aligning finance with the company's business goals.

Work Location:

Willing to report temporarily in Project 4, Quezon City for the first 12 months before transitioning to the Marikina work location.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, BSBA - Financial Management, BS Management Accounting
• CPA is required
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, with 5+ years in managerial role
• Experience using SAP is an advantage but not required; experience with any accounting system is required.
• Prior involvement in process improvement and financial systems implementation is an advantage
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, and compliance background
• Ability to lead and mentor finance team
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and financial systems
• Knowledgeable in BIR requirements and Philippine tax laws
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to connect financial data business implications
