Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Manager, located in Davao. The Accounting Manager will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements. The role involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations, conducting audits, reconciling accounts, and managing payroll activities. The Accounting Manager will lead and mentor the accounting team, collaborate with other departments, and contribute to the strategic financial planning of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial accounting, budgeting, and preparation of financial statements
• Experience in audit procedures, account reconciliation, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations
• Skills in financial planning, analyzing financial data, and presenting reports to stakeholders
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) are highly advantageous
• Experience in the sales and marketing industry is a plus
