Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis

Purpose:

This position will be responsible for assisting in business forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring, by providing analysis and insight into decision-making in operational, financial and strategic matters.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares Weekly Financial Analysis & Break-even Reports, Monthly Forecasts & Annual Budget, and both Regional and Corporate periodic reports.
• Performs Ad Hoc reports and functions that maybe assigned from time to time.
• Performs back-up and support to the functions of co-Sr. Analyst, FP&A in his/her absence.
• Prepares various reports for Corporate/Regional Management which includes, but not limited to: (1) Consolidated APAC Region actual results of operations; (2) Consolidated forecast of APAC Region; and, (3) Weekly profitability and breakeven report.
• Prepares/Assists in the preparation of Annual Budget/Strategic Plan for APAC Region.
• Prepares other periodic financial reports for both Regional and Corporate submission.
• Performs other functions, such as the review of market P&L's, and preparation of Ad Hoc financial analysis and feasibility studies.
• Prepares other Ad Hoc reports that will be assigned by superiors.

Required:

• Must have advance accounting skills in General/Cost Accounting
• At least 1-year experience in areas of Financial Planning / Cost Analysis / Budgeting & Forecasting
• CPA license
• Knowledgeable in MS office applications / Exposure in Accounting systems and software

Preferred:

• Experience with Planful, SAP financials and related modules.
