Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead heavy consolidation of accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and reports
  • Manage accounting for acquisitions, including purchase price allocation and valuation
  • Create, update, and document accounting policies
  • Ensure compliance with BIR and SEC requirements, including timely submissions

Job Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and a CPA license.
  • Strong experience in consolidation
  • Experience in audit of a listed company
  • Experience creating and maintaining accounting policies
  • Solid understanding of BIR and SEC regulations
